About Us

Since 2009, Caravan of Hope (Korvoni Umed), a remarkable woman-led organization in Tajikistan, has been at the forefront of advocating for women's rights and fighting against gender-based violence and human trafficking. With unwavering dedication, we have implemented numerous impactful projects that have significantly improved the lives of women and girls across the country.

Our Mission

Our mission is to end violence against women and girls. We have developed a robust framework for supporting victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, providing comprehensive rehabilitation services encompassing legal, medical, and psychological support — ensuring that victims receive the holistic care they need to heal and rebuild their lives.

Our History

The organization was founded in 2009 by Umeda Sadriddinova in Dushanbe. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of women and their children find safety, gain new skills, and start a new life. Our comprehensive strategy includes crisis center operations, economic sustainability programs, and capacity-building activities.

Our Projects

Life-changing initiatives for women and children in Tajikistan — from crisis centers to economic empowerment and community awareness.

Our Projects

Our success would not be possible without the generous support of the European Union, U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), Embassy of the Netherlands in Central Asia, Danish Relief and Development, the United Nations (UN), UNFPA, UNICEF, and UN Women.
